Shipping policy

**Order processing & fulfillment**  
- All products are made to order and fulfilled by our third‑party partner.  
- Average fulfillment time is usually **2–5 business days**, but may be longer during holidays or high‑volume periods.  
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order has been sent out.
**Shipping rates & delivery times**  
- Shipping costs are **calculated at checkout** based on your location and the items in your order.  
- Estimated delivery time = **fulfillment time + shipping time**.  
- Typical shipping times (after fulfillment):  
  - **USA:** 3–5 business days  
  - **Canada:** 5–10 business days  
  - **Europe:** 3–10 business days  
  - **Rest of world:** 10–20 business days  
These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs, or incorrect addresses can affect delivery.
**Customs, duties & taxes (international orders)**  
- International shipments may be subject to **customs fees, duties, and taxes**, which are determined by your local customs office.  
- These charges, if any, are **paid by the customer** and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

**Lost or damaged shipments**  
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within **7 days** of delivery with photos of the product, packing slip, and packaging.  
- If your order seems lost in transit, contact us with your order number and we’ll investigate with the carrier.

**Returns & exchanges**  
- Because items are made to order, we **don’t accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or wrong color**.  
- We only replace items that are **defective or damaged**. If there is an issue with your order, reach out with your order number and photos and we’ll make it right.
